An 'Override Combat State' would not fix the issue you're seeing as the issue is with the Brachiozord not correctly being assigned to the Second Ranger of Player 1. Unfortunately just having a button to turn Battle to false would not allow the game to properly continue in situations like this. Fixing the bugs would, which I am working on.
They were the second Ranger like the last photo you posted shows correct?
Was the Mastodon able to remove a Foot Soldier Figure after the error about Green Player not existing?
I should also note that Mastodon was only drawn after removing Brachiozord from the stack.
I just released a hotfix for the above issues with Brachiozord in Two Ranger Mode (this was your 'Zord not Drawn' issue and the reason the Battle wasn't completed after defeating Psycho Yellow) and Last Stand. I suspected the issue with the Super Putty was because of the Mastodon returning an error about the Green Player though since you said it was still able to create Mastodon Defeat Buttons on the figures (something I'm genuinely surprised it was able to do given that the program should stop running once it reaches an error) I will have to try to test more in the future. It's possible it was due to Brachiozord having bugged out earlier but I'm unsure.
Also thanks a ton for the information and pictures of the errors. It allowed me to narrow down what was going on much easier!
I will go through the exact setup to be safe.
3 players with 2 rangers each.
Manual Setup.
Foot Soldiers are 1 Tenga, 1 Z Putty, 1 Mastodon Trooper, and 1 Quantron.
And here is where the bug happens.
If I play Monster Mode with General Venjix, the game locks up when distributing the board (as in, laying out the locations and shuffling the deck).
Playing Monster Mode with a different Monster works fine, as does having General Venjix in a normal game.
It is just specifically Venjix as a chosen Monster in Monster Mode causes a lock up.
What other Monsters are being selected with Venjix when this happens? If it happens with multiple other Monsters what expansions are being chosen from?
I see the issue, I'll attempt to get a hot fix in.
Fixed.
BUT
because the last card he drew had higher shields then the left over damage, shouldn't he still be alive because the card goes back face down?
Did he use the Draw button or the Defend Button (Currently Only Located on the Deck)?
If they used the Draw Button:
The Draw button is only meant to be used when Drawing a card at the beginning of the game/Battle or through card Effects, which mechanically is not the same as Defending and will lead to a Defeated Ranger. I am working on updating the Defense System to allow it to work better the UI.
If they used the Defend Button:
The program doesn't currently match incoming damage to Shields, did you friend click or right click the defend button after the card was drawn? The game SHOULD only check if a Deck is empty if the Defend Button is Left Clicked, sending the Defending Card to the Discard. If the Defend Button is Right Clicked the program SHOULD not check for an empty deck and simply place the card back into the Deck Zone or under the deck if there is a deck.
So he Left Clicked the Defend Button and then the deck Drew a card into the Defend Position located between both decks and without him clicking the button again it set him as defeated? Was a card left floating between the Deck and Discard?
Interesting. I’ll have to look into this. Do you happen to remember where he was sitting and which seat he was using Defend on
