Mood debuffs?

I feel like constantly having milk pouring out of your body for the rest of your life would not be the best thing for your mental health, so why don't my "voluenteering" prisoners not feel anything other then a slight mood boost when they get high on lact-X?

Maybe someone can add a mood debuff after the high ends, for realism and not because I want to see my prisoner who killed my dog suffer
