(SOLVED) Unknown crashing
Thought maybe a discussion page would be better for sharing what I can with you about the crashing since the comments sections has a 1000 word limit =P

Anywho thanks for looking into this and it's great that your trying for independent models!

I don't know what specifically is causing the crash but I've tried many combinations, each time clearing all other mods as well as cache and mod user files, but none have worked thus far.

When ALL the pre-req mods are installed the game crashes during the loading screen of the map where the voiceover is taking place.

When I take out the Haifuri mods the game will load in and I can move around but will crash soon into the game when I click next turn. I started in the ancient era so no special characters were present and it still crashed when I clicked next turn.

When just the Battleship girls mod is installed then it crashes during the voiceover.

When just the American dom mod is installed then it crashes during the voiceover.

I tried also one time with no others mods and everything cleared but instead of installing your mod and the pre-reqs through the workshop by subbing I downloaded each mod from steamworkshopdownloader and installed the files into the mod folder manually.
Sorry to say it's still not working and crashes =(

Hope it helps, I know replicating crashes is like driving blind. I don't know of any log files that could show why it crashed, but if there are any I'd be happy to send them your way!

Oh and this is a crash to desktop with no error prompt or anything, no DX driver failure message or anything.

got it. I have been looking into the mod and this situation and believe that I am close to fixing it. However, I didn't know that the "Battleship Girls" mod is also causing you a problem just like the other mods. I have separated my mod's units and promotions from the other mods thus not needing them in order to use it. However, I have not separated my mod's units from the "Battleship Girls" mod, thus someone would still require it in order to use my mod.

I will look further into separation but I most of the depends on that mod... so I cannot guarantee that though.

I have gotten rid of other aspects of my mod that may have been bothering your games and causing your game to crash.

Again thank you for your time and response. I will do everything I can to fix the problem.

Thank you again so much for your responses.

I am almost finished with the mod in it's entirety with promotions, new independent unit models, as well as unit and promotion icons. However, I tried to add some music to the civ and there has been a major set-back causing the whole mod to crash. Hopefully I can get it finished as intended.

As of now, I believe that the mod is finished.I just need a few soft touches to improve somethings.

As it currently stands, the update is out. You may play it, just keep in mind that i will be updating it from time to time post my soft touches.

@Northern Grace, this mod and its soft touches are complete and uploaded to steam. Again thank you for your feed back and cooperation as well as patients (this whole time I've been misspelling it with patents). Thank you.

I will be adding more music to this mod by creating and adding music mods that will be in the required section.

@Northern Grace, wait... hold on. I just looked at my workshop items and it says that I have another mod with the same name but with no comments or this discussion currently there.

If that is where those updates are then either go subscribe over there or use the direct download in the description.

Quick note, in the science section 'lasers' the Harbour Princess doesn't have a civpedia entry, no big deal but just so you know.

You're very welcome. However, I have found a few more things that need to be adressed with the mod. so I will be adding a new update later today.
