Im not sure about overrideofficialdifficulty but if you make maxlevel=300.0 it'll spawn 300*5=1500lvl dinos so if you want to make max 300lvl dinos, you need to make maxlevel=60.0 and you need to make wantsequallevels=true and others false because that range only works on wantsequallevels. the number you put to min or max is 5x it spawns so you need to divide your level you want to 5. you wanted 300lvl spawns so 300/5=60 so you will put maxlevel=60.0
