Wrong levels spawning
i have this on a single player world. need help.
it keeps spawning wrong level dinos. at first before adding the wantshighlevels and wantsraglevels to my text it keept spawning level 984 to 1000 dinos at difficultie 1.0 and 0.5. then affter adding them it spawns level 16/24 dinos. ini. settings bellow.

i got it to a place i like i changed the difficult to 5.00 in the ini. the altered the levelling respective and its working to some ac stent it still spawns lv 4 and 16 dinos but its manly towards the 80s to 100s
