+10% movement speed when active
-15% dmg penalty
-10% reload time
-34% clip size

Uses both primary (minigun) and seconadary slots
+50 health
Slain enemies drop small health kits
+15% moving speed

Looks semi automatic to me, so... Maybe one aspect of the weapon could be much faster firing speed

5 health is healed when you hit someone, no random crits,less bullets and sandvich on plate is dropped on death.

wouldn't work while it would make the heavy more bulky and have slightly better survivability in theory in practice you would still be rather slow doing relativly low damage and dying much faster than the weapons stats would suggest. basically shotgun heavy isnt an attractive concept.

that would be very very underpowered needs to be much higher hp per hit to justify all the negatives.

best i can come up with.
How about this:

+You heal for 30% of damage done (With mad milk, this would become 90%)
+15% faster firing speed
-15% slower reload speed
-20% damage (point blank: 8 per shot/80 total)

+enimies killed drop sandviches (and give same amount of health as a dropped sandvich would)

+50% firing speed

+25% more bullets per shot

-cannot reload untill whole clip is empty

-cannot fire untill fully loaded

-marked for death while reloding

-25% reloding speed

-25% clip size

enemies dropping medium health packs (what a dropped sandwich basically is) would be op as that is half your hp. also did the math on -25% clip size and that equals 4.5 shots if you were going for 4 shots you want closer to 33% if you want 5 shots go for 16-17%.

Shotgun heavy is an easy pick for the opponent, so this is high risk/high reward, which is cool.

pros:
On hit: +15 health
+15% move speed on wearer

Cons:
-10% Damage penalty
On death killer gains +30 health

it teaches heavys the ways of survival and is a good intro in the world of fatscouts!
