UWE Faction Pacifiers
Faction Pacifiers can be paid to heighten relations with corresponding factions and pay off bounties with corresponding factions.
Every minor faction’s pacifier has a possibility to spawn at all the Waystation towns, as well

You can find the Tech Traders Pacifier within Catun. This steam discussion is due for an update, for some new factions, when I get the time.

Is there a frontier tamers Pacifer? i think them being hostile is causing tech hunters to aggro me.

No I don't think there is a frontier tamers pacifier. I read both books that give all pacifier locations(troublemaker's guide) and frontier tamer's isn't inside it. Really sucks because as long as a single faction in that alliance hates you, then all of them hate you. Tech trader's, tech hunter's, frontier tamers, and machinists. You can pacify Tech trader's, tech hunter's, and machinists, but if even a single one of them spots you without pacifying frontier tamers you instantly go -200 relationship with all of them.

In regards to the frontier tamers issue, I have a (annoying yet functional) solution. I keep 3 guys in a pacifier squad, one permanently block+hold+passive parked near Machinist pacifier, one near tech hunters, one near tech traders. When I want to nip into the great library or any other tech hunter town, I save up 300k+ cats, send one character into the library, grab all I can and if anyone goes aggro before I can get out I just run and switch to the other 3 in my pacifier squad to pacify all 3 factions before they follow me.
