Okay, I spent WAY more time than I should had on this, but I decided that I could try to find why this mod didn't patch the icons on Lush planets, so I took my time to put in and out mods from the workshop folder, and boot the game as many times as necessary, as the log didn't really gave me any info (that I could understand) about which mods could be causing the problems (it took hours given the amount I have), and found out that many (but not all) that had nothing to do with MPI or FU seems to break this patch for wherever reason, and this is the full list, in order of their workshop ID:
