I am so sorry for responding that late, I discoverd it pretty much random.
But to at least not never answer your question, you need the application called "Wallapaer engine" if you do not own it already you can find it in the steam store, normaly it cost around 5 bucks.
Also you maybe have to check in your libary filter, most of the time Softwars are not listed under games, so you maybe need to check extra under "software".
If "Wallpaper engine" is installed and the set up is finshed you shoul be able to simply click on "Subscribe" and it should be downloading it.
when its done you also should be able to find it in Wallpapaer engine.
and by clicking then on it you enable the wallpaper.
