the mod has caused several problems for the game even after i unsubscribe and clear it from the mod folder. the characters in the original game to be much younger then intended, for example Antipater is king of Macedon, while the other diadochi are younger. The mauryan empire is controlled by a shunga king and some of the advisors are babies or kids. in reality I don't mind the characters being younger (seleucus be lookin pretty hot) the only real issue is that the mauryan empire isn't ruled by changragpta. Hope we can figure out something. Do u have discord? If so I can send you some pictures of the problems.

However, I also downloaded the older diadochen mod before this one, so It may be that one causing the problem. Still unsure though. Thanks

Thanks for your thorough report @Bingers. It is a known problem that sometimes mods mess up the setup files for the game even after you turn off the mod. To see an earlier example of this:

The typical solution as noted here is to delete the Imperator folder under the path Documents>Paradox Interactive>Imperator and when you open the game again, the original setup should be fixed.
NOTE: your saved games are in this folder, so you will want to copy those out before deleting and paste them back in if you want to save any campaigns.

I do think the conflict between the older version of this mod and this version may be playing into it. Hopefully I will be able to add the characters to this version soon.

Whenever i play the mod phygia and selukids become PRY_DYN and SEL_DYN
