update 1.3: No longer able to change waypoint type in HC?
Before right clicking on waypoint pops up menu to change WP type etc, now it only shows "cancel waypoint"
Do those menu get moved somewhere else?

I have the same problem too.

You can use the menus like the normal units Commander
But you need to define the contronls in the options

the new version of my mod, HIGH COMMAND Fixit Fox, which is designed to work alongside this mod, fixes this issue
