forgot say the only things i have seen i only see them in begging.everthing new just appears dead.

Look through the Bug Report discussion, go through it and see what's causing your issue

idk what its making the problem...its rare at the first time it dont worked i thinked i instaled it in an incorrect way.but no.and at the second atempt i discovered so much copys of BMCE folders.i deleted them all including,mods of bmce,bmcer,and everthing related to an BMCE MOD and downloaded the files again and put it in custom folder and deleted hazard course misc files as the tutorial says.and tried to open game but as i sayed in mi bug report.it doesnt work in 100%it only do in 20%

AM getting more and more nervous and sad i just wanna instal the BMCE:R Addon H.E.C.U. Realism Expanded with black mesa R withouth needing do A HOUNDRED of things to FIRST make bmce normal work :c

Then something unrelated to BMCE is conflicting, check to see what it is

I looked back and read your problem closely and to me sounds like 2 character_manifest files are conflicting, check if any mods that you have in your custom folder or you subbed to include such file

ok i eliminated ridiculous ties pack and hl2 gman.il try now.but if that doesnt work i think its because i have black mesa R and hecu realism instaled

oh yeah i think u have reason cuz the in the begging the door guard who says ''oh man u cut the pony tail''doesnt work.and the next guard of the computer doesnt have nothing new too.i think its that right?
