how do i remove the panic inducer?

i recruit one of the raider that have a really nice stat but he have panic inducer. so i try to remove it and looking at the operation tab theres no option to do so. can i remove it, also do i have to research it first to be able to do it

Bump. I have a Healing Inhibitor I'd like to remove also. The description of this mod did say something about "Organ Mod Kits" for INSTALLING these implants...

i just found out that you can remove it just like how you would remove organs/limps. there should be an option to do so in the operation bill on your pawn health tab
