Report a translation problem
Chug -- You need to set up a neutral location with Doubledog and make sure you've talked to Ken too. That bit seems to be confusing a few people, though, so I think I'll modify Dash's dialogue a bit to make that more explicit.
Blackout -- There's currently no "pacifist" way to do that area, sorry! I thought about it at first, but ultimately I wanted to force a situation that would really make you hate Gunter. If I can think of something that allows me to do both, I may add it in the future.
And so far I'm really liking your campaign. The first section involving the yakuza and the field trip to the apartment building was a lot of fun.
