Hey,
I managed to break the game when hacking into the bank from the safehouse.

Jacked in, defeated the guards, took the many, then defeated the guards that came after the alarm went off, and then the game showed me real-world look, with my character plugged in, being healed for 14HP, and then it stayed that way. I could not get out of the matrix (should I say: jacked off? :D), could not get back in. Clicking didn't do anything, I could not save the game, I had to quit and continue from the last savepoint.
