VR Toy Freddy's textures aren't properly working?
Disclaimer: I use GMOD so if it's a GMOD thing then lemme know.

1.) Toy Freddy's VR headset doesn't have the orange light/line
2.) The red skin for Toy Freddy doesn't have the green stuff around his eyes

Theres a ragdoll pack (and a PM pack) they got it from one of those.

no it is not broken from those it is the other way around with the ragdoll pack.

you're wrong, I port them myself. It's just a matter of me moving the sfm files into gmod
