(LATE AS HECK) There's a fix for the bug where the facial flexes on beards don't work properly! I've verified this myself and the beard works properly after following these steps:
1. Go into your Advanced Options and disable 'Use Player Model in Class Hud' if it's enabled.
2. Restart your game.
3. When you enter into a server of any kind, do NOT use the mouse to get through the welcome screen, pick a team, or pick a class. You can use 'Enter' and 1-9 on your Keyboard instead.

The beard should work normally after this, and there will be no more weird clipping issues, although it can sometimes resurface if you use your mouse to switch teams or classes. This can be stopped by restarting the game and using the Keyboard like before.
