Work Manager
Vanilla Skills Expanded support and a minor bug
Hi, I use your mod because it is the best mod for algorithmic work priorities. I like the customizability and the ability to turn the algorithm on and off for individual jobs and pawns. Thx for your work! :praisesun:

Could you introduce support for Vanilla Skills Expanded without waiting for the Work Tab mod update? I have 30~ colonists on a regular basis and prioritizing them manually is such a pain.

A minor bug is that for some reason disabling the algorithmization of the daily schedule for individual pawns sometimes does not work (apparently after loading a save), I don’t know what caused it and it’s not that serious for digging on that, but still.

I'm experiencing an issue with Vanilla Skills Expanded where critical passions are treated as if the pawn has no passion in the skill. For example, a pawn with a critical passion and level 10 in a skill gets unassigned from that work type by the manager if another pawn with a major passion or minor interest at the same level is available

I came here just to make a threat about this very thing. Hopefully it's not too difficult to support

I think I have found a solution and it is changing the priority from passions to learning rate. It is basically passions but with extra steps and should work with critical as it increases the learning rate. Haven't tried it myself enough tho but wanted to share a possible temp fix
