Adjustment for Smaller Buildings
I’m looking at number of household for smaller buildings and it doesn’t feel realistic. For example, in a 1x1 building in a high density residential zone, even though the building has multiple floors, because the area of each floor is less than the required amount in any of the calculation settings, the end result is only 1 household in the entire building, even though the building has multiple floors. This is a bit of an issue in some of the other smaller buildings, where for example, there is a 2,000 ft square area floor and it only has 1 household on that floor.

I was wondering if in the future, the setting can be changed such that you round up the number of units on each floor. The average floor size for European and US high rises seem pretty large in comparison to apartments I’ve normally rented in the US, but I think a round up calculation of household by floor will make the smaller buildings more realistic in terms of household size. Even if the calculation of household size is 1.1, I still think it’s realistic to round it up to 2, since smaller apartments aren’t unusual after all.

Also, I’m curious if there is a way to add in Asian high rise sizes. That would make for different flavor of gameplay as the area of Asian apartments are typically much smaller than in Europe and US.
