Random encounter XP rebalance
Small feature request. For some reason, in both the original and Trudograd, escaping/talking out of/avoiding random encounters nets you pathetic amounts of XP in comparison to attacking. Around 30 in comparison to 300-1300 or more. In Fallout, avoiding conflict by passing speech, stealth, or survival checks nets you as much XP as fighting and killing everyone. It makes it rewarding to invest heavily in those skills. Could you please add an option to either net you as much XP as killing every attacker or, if that's too complicated, just add a multiplier for passing checks in random encounters.
Thanks!

Adding logic to get the same XP would be a headache to code given the number of routines that would need to be modified.

Upper the XP on skill checks would be possible, if I get back to modifying this mod, I might add one. It is about time for a patch to come out that breaks compatibility.

Did check and the XP you get for an encounter you overcome with a skill is based off of the failure chance for that encounter. Since this means the XP reward goes to zero, a multiplier would not really work.

that's a shame, such a critical oversight on that hasn't been fixed in the sequel or an update. Have you considered just adding a flat rate? Since these random encounters are more or less the same difficulty, just set a 1000 xp addition to any successful passed check on top of the xp you get anyway.
