"My pawns aren't using x, help please?"
You may have loaded this mod mid-save and now the items here are automatically disabled for use.

General Use:
Any mod that add new items, such as food, drugs and clothing are automatically disabled in stockpiles. Colonists will ignore them and they will not haul or wear items due to the fact that categories have them disabled. Not only this, some items may not be used by your pawns due to restrictions also disabling them.

The solution for this in general is to enable the items in your save.

Make sure:
- Items in general, medical or etc. are enabled in stockpiles
- Clothing items are also enabled in outfit settings so pawns will wear them.
- Food items are enabled in food restriction settings so pawns will eat them.
- Drugs are enabled in drug restriction settings, if you don't see the new drug you have to make a new drug policy and the newly added drug item with whatever mod it is will now appear.

COMBAT EXTENDED COMPATIBLE?
- Combat Extended breaks just about any new weapon mod or clothing mod unless it's patched to work with CE's code. Do not enable mods without a CE Patch mid-save, look for a patch if available or bother the author with 1,000,000+ comments about a CE Patch until someone does it for them.
