I don't know whether it's an issue with this mod or if something else is interfering, but I'm continually trying to perform an immunity boost surgery and it's failing every time with a doctor with 17 skill. I've tried deleting and recreating the bill and resetting the task. Are we working with an XCOM style seed for rolls after the recent update?
