Never ending waves

why is there wave after wave of constant blightings spawning in battle are you just ment to be wiped by them or is that a bug...

And there is no "Retreat" or "Leave" either. So once you get caught, you are dead. Which makes the 'rescue peasants' quest a real ♥♥♥♥♥♥.

You're meant to be captured by them. it's not a bug.
