Here Is a guide on disabling item engrams on servers so users can not craft items.
Enjoy the mod but wish to disable a single item so its not on your server?
You can disable engrams on your server so players can't craft it in the game.ini file by adding the following. Engrams are not to be disabled for sale by server admins. If you know of anyone selling Automated Ark items in a server, please report the server and admin names to me immediately.

To Disable an item use this format below as shown for the AutoCompostBin:
