no damage taken? well, thats not OP at all!
I'm not sure about the hypnotize thing it seems a little unfair but that may just be me.
how about instead of actualy hiting the enemy (like using a shovel and the other mele weapons ex) it would just poof a power spell ball thing that only does 20.

kinda like from the video oh and the ball would change colors while whooshing through the air.

basicly the soldier would not be able to hit an enemy up close quick enough

wait if the soldier can't hit fast enough then how does the market gardener work?
Level 25 Staff

+ On Hit:Builds "Shock" Meter
+ Activate "Shock" by attacking with any weapon when "Shock " meter is full
+ "Shock" drastically reduces speed and drains their health by 3 health per second on people around you

- No random critical hits
- +20% fire damage vulnerability on wearer
- Enemy and enemy assists gain 30 health on killing you

Two Soldiers that equip this weapon can duel for 1 hit kill and regain 75 health(Can overheal)

Imbued with ancient power (Doesnt makes enemy gold but ice only at crit)
Random critical hits

Puts enemy on fire when critical hit
+10% damage when critical hit
Gives your team 50% heal not when full heal
For 5 seconds 8 health regeneration if crit kill (would be too hard when you kill somebody normaly)
When a meter is full (the author can call it by hisself but i would prefer power) it will shoot a elektric ball or something else.

Hope this is a good one but there may be lotsa better stuff in this discussion, i just can't wait till it gets hopefully released and gets a saxxy if a very good idea works. :) Hope you make a awesome choice!
And about team 50% heal, its only when crit kill :)
Would be to OP but because its crit it will be with over healing (when heal is full also you get healed and higher then normally!!!!!)

I think some people go over the top with stats. Why not just make this a reskin? We always need more. Especially a wolf. Everyone wants a new STAR_ melee only video, don't we?
