Using separate gender stats, my defined trait settings are working just fine but the gender ratio appears to do nothing at all. As far as I can tell by checking every raider, caravan, and visitor, I'm still getting a 50/50 split on genders despite having it set to be 90/10
RimWorld has a forced gender on spawn which makes some pawns have a specific gender already set for them. This is meant for another pawn's mother/father. This might be the reason why the ratio you set doesn't seem to be respected, although this shouldn't be too common based on the tests I've made by repeatedly raiding my colony (only a few times did the ratio I've set is not correct due to the forced gender, and it's barely different from the ratio I've set.) My mod has a setting ('Override Forced Gender' in the 'Gender' tab) which allows it to ignore this, but can cause minor bugs (single or missing parents.)
While testing this, I've also discovered that some raids (more common with larger raids) can be discontinued due to pawns unable to generate a sibling due to having no parents at all, even though they expect them to have them. This is caused by the mod's 'Override Forced Gender' setting. This does not cause the game to crash.
TL;DR, I don't know which part is broken as I see no problem when inspecting the mod. Though, I'll be fixing the bug I just found during the tests I've made.
