It seems I had the mods:
Town Building Filter (Era)
Town Building Filter (level)
that was then incompatible with this mod.
Upon disabling those the button works.
Any game that started many months ago have this problem when you add a "Town Building Filter"-mod you mentioned. Recently started games do not. And the problem is also without Senseless loaded.
So, I can't do anything to avoid this crash. It's inside one of both mods in combination with older games, started let's say december, januari.... februari. (That are the games I tested)
I hope the developer of the "Town Building Filter"-mods is able to fix the problem. Otherwise, only use his/her mods with recent games. ;)
While I do have your attention, when the game switches era (lets say go from 1850 into 1900 into the petroleum era) - will the game place down new industries or will I have to add industries on my own for every era-shift?
I'm not playing on any downloaded map but a custom generated one by the game if that helps and your mod was ofc enabled since the start.
So, you have the freedom to place the new industries where you prefer. And you'll see that the freedom of choice is less easy than it seems. Too close, no benefice. Too far, no throughput. I prefer to place them at logical locations... role-playing a little. ;)
