Expectations Modifier

Is it possible to modify what triggers the modifier?
What I mean is that in the base game, it triggers at certain wealth levels no matter what you do.
Can it be modified into a game mechanic so that it triggers if certain conditions are not met, like Royals or leaders expecting personal impressive bedrooms, excellent or better clothing and fine meals, and as long as you satisfy those, the negative mood won't trigger? It can be similar for slaves, some basic shelter, food and medical treatment being enough to trigger a happiness modifier...
Basically, I don't want to disable the mood modifiers, but at the same time want there to be a way to tackly it within the game.
Is it possible to implement this? I thought of asking because I saw you updated the mod recently. Thanks in advance.

This would require some research. Internally, expectations are handled differently than thoughts (e.g., ate without a table or no impressive bedroom). I might look into in it when I have some more time, but no promises there.

Thanks a lot for the response! I was very surprised to see that no mods were available for such a tweak in spite of so many mods for such a robust game. I am not qualified enough to make the modifications myself, so I thought I'd ask you, as your mod seems very popular. It would be really nice if you can at least check what is possible to modify the game in a way so that these needs can actually be satisfied instead of disabling them altogether or lowering their effect. Thanks again in advance!
