Looks like it needs a spawn radius config line to prevent overlapping...

You have the following lines in two different places:
BaseDustReqMulti=1.0 - effects the overal base value of dust required.
MutationDustReqMulti=5.0 - stacks on the basedustreqmulti
HybridDustReqMulti=10.0 - stacks on the basedustreqmulti

Is that intentional? Are we supposed to have it in there twice?
