I've encountered Psychic rain in my playthrough.

I've tried repeatedly to stop the rain by going to options -> Mod Options -> Vanilla events expanded -> toggling off "psychic rain" and then clicking "stop world condition" and "stop map condition" and then clicking close.

Psychic rain keeps continuing
