it's hard to find good and polished mods that are made for a medieval playthrough but with the content that VE already has I'd say it would not require much to make it an enjoyable experience.

We'd only need some more clothing and gear as well as non power options for stuff like cooling and perhaps a bit more metal working. Medicine and other mid game things could be neat to have alternatives for but it's not really required
