Personally I really enjoy the Vanilla Expanded series and I really enjoy using Combat Extended with it because it makes the game less forgiving and more tactical, but I feel like there's something missing.

Realistic medical care.
A complete reword of medical management.
Now, as soon as you're shot, you know what the problem is and how you can fix it. Got hit? you're loosing 2 liters of blood per hour and a simple bandage or no medicine at all will fix that. Got hit by a baseball bat? you got a bruise that needs medical attention.

And I think thats too simple for a game where the 3 main priorities are
-Security/combat
-Being healthy
-Having enough good food. (or water)

security/combat and food already have very detailed mods that reword the game's previous systems and are heavily used, but Healthcare is barely touched, sure we have extra bionics, but it doesnt rework the base game.

So here are my idea's to rework it
(everything can have 3(or 4) tiers (nothing-)primitive-Modern-Spacer(-Archotec))

-Symptons instead of directly seeing whats wrong
-Diagnostics to see whats wrong
-Different treatment for low/mid/spacer tier colonies.
-More Diseases
-More realistic surgeries
-More logical injuries
-Field kits that can stop bleedings
-Medical Machines(: X-Ray, Diagnostic Desk, Mri, Da Vinci Machine)
-Stretchers for some what sterile and quick transfer of downed people
-Fluids
-Different medical drugs
-Autopsies and Organ care.
-Defib
-Bionics rework

This honestly would feel like it would fit perfectly between Vanilla Expended and in the base game, it requires another dimension to learn and would be heavily used by people who enjoy Combat Extended, Vanilla Expanded and Dubs Hygiene.

Its a big project, which requires a lot of balancing and reworking but once finished would be used by many and would absolutely be one of the most used mods.

If I knew how to code properly I'd do it myself but I cant xD, Therefor im posting the idea for anyone who could be interested.
