The base game has a lack luster amount of medication that is made solely to help colonists fight off diseases other then Penoxycyline. It could make late game hospitals where you have lots of resources more efficient simply by producing Pharmaceutical drugs that can speed up immunity to certain diseases, Maybe even vaccine production to make your colonists more immune to diseases they haven't caught yet but someone else might've caught and you could make a vaccine from idk maybe extracting some of their blood and adding things like Neutroamine with the required research to produce a vaccine. A Vanilla diseases expanded mod could also fit very very well with this in my opinion.
