it is random to get the cosmetic orange spider crates
but theres still many ways to obtain it
the recent halloween contracts might give you one when you finish its main objective
the game might random drop it for you
or you can go to steam community market and buy one of thoese crates

Well I haven't been getting drops since like, a year or so ago and I can't buy anything because my parent's won't let me. SO the halloween contracts are my only shot
