I've only tested this with combine and metropolice NPCs and base infected, and I do use iNPC and a model replacement for the combine and metropolice, though I don't know if either of those things matter. I didn't have this bug previously using the same set of addons that I do now, and looking through your changelog, I wonder if it has something to do with the increased death time of the base infected you implemented yesterday. Just a guess, though.

So when a zombie "zombifies" another npc and the "zombified" npc dies it does the death animation but an invisible version of the npc mentioned still exists, like it can attack and everything except move. This means that other npcs still attack them and they just absorb bullets.
