Scaling of non-HQ buildings and perimeters
First off, absolutely loving the scale changes. It's really remarkable how much of a difference the simple change of scaling can give to the immersion. Well done.
Only consideration I'd recommend is that the rest of the city (other than the HQ structure) also be scaled at about the same proportion.
