This mod doesn't seem to restrict dice rolls in battle to between 0-4 anymore. Playing multiplayer with this mod and regularly see rolls of 5 and 6. Playing with this mod, national ideas expanded and missions expanded

@Gervas That's not a bug, they changed dice rolls from 0-4 to 0-6

Game's original rolls were 0-9 btw so the mod still has smaller dice rolls than vanilla.

I want to report meritocracy do not give any bonus (adv cost, spy det), because the "low_meritocracy" modifier removed from the mod file. I guess this was a mistake, otherwise the devs probably changed "meritocracy" instead of "low_meritocracy" wich is unintentionally
removed the positive bonus as well.

@Yagami I edited the mod's static_modifiers.txt on my PC to have a "low_meritocracy" section that's empty and it solved the problem, so indeed as you said, the positive bonuses were falsely being removed

(Although it might also be the case that the bonuses still applied but simply didn't show up in the mandate UI, but I didn't check for that so meh)

Hello, the change notes say that you need only one ship for exploration mission. However, I tried a Portugal campaign, which start with an explorer and the game force me to use 3 ships for allowing exploration mission.

Not sure if it is due to the fact that the explorer is given at game start or a real bug, so I report here.

@Kaltezar The 1 ship needed for exploration was accidentally removed, but has been re-added. @Leaf26 I will also look at meritocracy next time i work on the mod to see what you are talking about.

Just formed Prussia and for what ever reason I am now not a prussian monarchy and I have to choose between several Power Structures inside the Government section. The prussian monarchy is grayed out and sais: Not aviable due to: One of the of following must be true: is not a custom nation. Though I used Brandenburg to form prussia.

Not sure if its intended ora bug but when playing Oirat. The capture of the ming emperor event doesnt give the +morale and siege ability.

Hi, really like your mod. I just wanted to let you know that there is some missing admin efficiency from tech. At the last tech you have 27.5 from tech but it should be 30. I have really liked the mod in previous patches, looking forward to see what it becomes for this patch.

I notice 1 bug
When I start a new campaign, literary anyone can't build a flad_ship.
I don't know if is a new thing of the mod or just a bug

In the ship's menu, just says “We already have as many Flagships built or in progress as we are allowed (0)”
