Draenei and Exodus Questions
So as the title says how do i get draenei to appear and how do i get the Orc exodus chain to start.?

Draenei should appear after 610 year. The Exodus happens when Medivh has reason to invite rulers to Kalimdor (after the Plague, the Legion Invasion, the Black Empire and so on).

Other rulers (beside orcs) can get called to Kalimdor?

Yep, character with Alliance-related culture (human, dwarven, elves) and religion (Holy Light, Tidemother, Sunwell) can found Theramore. Happens at the same time as the Exodus of the Horde.

Don't know, but you can create draenei chacter in the Ruler Designer.
