There is a chance.

Since all the Halloween items are restricted, none of them have to be in the artstyle of TF2. So this has a chance of making it in, but it will definitely be restricted.

A lot of hats/miscs would be restricted due to clipping though.

NOOOBOOODY CAAAREEESSSS. Its awsome. I love it. No one cares if its restricted. Its halloween/full moon. Everyone has seperate halloween sets *I think* this is amazing. Hail the hotdog.
