Mod dosen't start on linux
hello all is in the title the game launch but still block on load screen...

Same issue.
I notice that your icon suggests you're on Linux. Normally this should have no influence, but maybe it does: I'm on Linux myself and I'm stuck on the loading screen as well.

yes you just try to run with proton but the vannilla game runs native ...

Not a very attractive solution but I will give it a try. Did you keep both the native Linux and the Windows version installed or do you have to re-download the game each time you want to switch from one version to another ? Maybe I will just install the Windows version separately through Lutris.

Sure, it would totally make sense if you have one. But I don't.
Dual boots are only for my laptops/netbooks, which come with a compulsory Windows "for free".

Didn't keep the Linux version. But since I don't play vanilla IR anyway that's not a problem for me. I also don't have Windows on any of my PC's so it's either this or not playing the mod at all.
I tried Lutris first, but I ran into the same problem with the Paradox Launcher and couldn't get past it. If you get it to run I'd be curious to know how.
