The Bronze Age v 0.5.3 for v1.4.2 (Moved to CK3)
Suggestions/General
This discussion is for small suggestions or those that don't really fill an entire sub category (i.e War, Trade, Culture, Etc).

One thing I'd think would be very neat to see as well as very rewarding is formable nations, both historical and alternate ones. This would add flavor to the game as well as reward player's achivements. Some examples could be a formable nation for unifing culture groups (Hurria for hurrians, Canaan for the canaanites, ect.) and by region (Creta for Crete, Mycenae for the eastern Peloponnesian, ect).

Yep totally agree with that, at least for the historical ones.
Wilusa and Arzawa could be interesting too.

He mentioned way back that at some point there will be formable nations.

Would love to see the scope of the map include at least Mesopatamia. [edit]. I see your on that. I will definitely give it a try when that's done. Thanks.

Do you guys know if there is any plan for an expansion in the west or north? I mean i get the idea that the mod is centered around the most civilized parts of the world, but still, i was wondering if there are any plans on that? And by that i mean, if the only constraints are historical records or also performance

Glad to see some formable nations have been added already, hope Myceanae is added at some point too. I also think it would be good for a United Sumaria as well, like there are some cultural nations in the Greek region. Also think Elam should be possible as a nation.

@vladvlad097 I doubt it, I remember someone asking if it would go to Spain for the tin trade for bronze and he said not likely due to records and time constraints. If I could ever figure out how to mod this game (it's supposed to be easier than the older Paradox games, I find it harder, and so far almost any modding I've done hasn't worked), I'd make an addon to extend it west. From a technical standpoint, it would likely be hard for older computers, but newer ones should be fine. It mentions Central Asia so I'm hoping we'll see the BMAC civilization.

@AndreaParo I think a few what ifs would be good too. At least on a cultural union level.

@[DRACO] Alexios Komnenos As much as I'd LOVE a game that had Israel in its prime, this mod takes place around the time that Abraham would be a child (and still called Abram). So Israel wouldn't even exist for 500-600 years, let alone be at its prime. I'd like to find a mod for one of Paradox's games that took place in the late bronze age. If there's any in the B.C. at all, it's usually well into the iron age. This is the only one I can think of that is in the Bronze at all. I would have chosen a later bronze date but at the same time, I also very much like how early it is, makes the world feel very young.

Love the mod! I am curious if there could be more scripting for the Achaean invasion of Greece. Currently, the Greeks and Ageans form blobs in their existing territory without significant movement Perhaps the Greeks could get decisions/missions to conquer territory to the south. It might also help to provide bonuses against the Ageans during the early game. I think that it would be nice to give the balkans more an an invasion feeling.
