Is there any way to obtain red seals in this (non-DLC) version of the mod? I've read in the guide that the red seals are exclusively gained from the "Red Seal Ship" District, but the base game doesn't have the districts tab. I've gotten an event where red seals can be used to recruit heroes.
I also found a trinket that give reduced stress if red seal is in the inventory. Are these parts of the game just inaccessible because or is there another way to obtain red seals?
