Update 3.4 Released
Update 3.4 is now live and with it comes a major fix for crashes and several minor fixes. No new ships or content however.

-Fixed critical crash caused by high total AI Combat Value on the galactic level. (Thanks to the EAW Expanded Team for finding and sharing this issue with the community)
-Corona-class Armed Frigate [MISSING] name fixed
-Corona-class Armed Frigate set to Tech Level 3 (Up from 0)
-Corona-class Armed Frigate added to AI attack plans
-Headache-class Frigate set to Tech Level 2 (Up from 0)
-Fixed wrong Story Event set used for Complete Map 3 Faction Version which disallowed the triggering of the [REDACTED] and Walt Disney Events
-TIE Hunter now has the Hunt ability
-Fixed AI getting both base and upgraded versions of heroes when choosing to start a GC at Tech 5. Now they dont get them until Tech 5 and they come upgraded. Those being Vader, Piett, Thrawn, and Ackbar.
-Garm Bel is now a starting hero for the Rebels in GC.
-Gladiator now has the Nebulon B repair drone ability to repair starships.
-Several text entries changed from outdated stats or to show stats where they didnt before.
-The rest of the fighters and bombers no longer appear on the minimap other than to mark the squadron itself (Most already had this changed but several still did not)
-Tractor Beams will no longer target repair drones
-Invisible Flak projectile fixed
-Executor stages reworked.

Dannyboy, what ties do you have in mind?

Star Wars squadrons just recently got the tie defender added as playable for empire side and I was so happy i almost peed.

Then I got to thinking and outside of Tie Bomber, Fighter [LN], Interceptor, Advanced and Defender

What other ties even exist? So thats why im wondering what you have in mind.

I mean in my opinion, the tie bizarro and tie phantom are already really pushing it. same with the tie hunter. but now I think I've named every tie that ever existed.

Educate me if I'm mistaken, please.

There are 53 named TIE Variants in the EU lore between over 100 years with the Republic, Empire, Imperial Warlords, Fel Empire,and the Krayt Empire. About 30 of them being just Galactic Empire.
Squadrons is limited to Disney lore which only has about 10-15 between the Empire and First/Final Order

The mod has
TIE Fighter
123rd Nightstalker TIE Fighter (All Black TIEs in Lord Cronal's ISD, Singularity)
TIE Interceptor
TIE Bomber
TIE Vanguard
TIE Hunter
TIE Defender
TIE Royal Guard Interceptor
TIE Experimental X1 (Bizarro)
TIE Scimitar (Technically not a TIE but it's part of the series)
TIE Interdictor (Also called Punisher)
TIE Phantom
TIE Advanced X1 (Vader's TIE)
Gand Starfighter (Technically a Ugly-series but it's made from a TIE Bomber)

We already have quite a few ships from that era.

Hammerhead-class Cruiser
Interdictor-class Cruiser
Centurion-class Battlecruiser
The Starforge

The only current plans to add are the Aurek Starfighter and Chela Bomber. Possibly the Praetorian-class Frigate as the Class IV Bulk Freighter if we add more freighters

One fighter I really love is the Tie Avenger from the Tie Fighter series, best looking tie imo.

Legends for like 99% of the mod. The only Canon related things in the mod are Jedha, Scarif, Profundity, and U-Wing.
