Here is a quick guide how you become a templar knight and recruit other templars. First you have to talk to the grandmaster (if you dont know where to find him just ask any person of the "kingdom of Jerusalem"). You need to ask the grandmaster for a quest to get a better relation or u can use cheats to get at least a relation of 15 points. After that you search for 2 other templar knights. You will do the same on these 2 (make quests or use cheats). Afer that you should have 3 templars with a relation from at least 15. Then you can go to "Acre" when u arrived you have to click "Go somewhere" and then click on "Come on templar`s ground" if you did this you have to find the "templar banner hold" he should stand in the centre of the walls. He will tell you that you have to donate. So you press tab select and select donate then donate money until u have a prosperity of 99 and a relation of 99. Then talk again with the "templar banner hold" and do the vow. If you did everything right u should get templar equipment. Now to recruit templar knights go to Jerusalem, take a walk through the streets and select "Christian Quarter" then go left, right, and left again there u`ll find the blacksmith where u can buy better templar stuff and u`ll also find a monk he will let u take templars of the garrison.
