First: the name doesnt quite sond to good how about something like: "The UN-silenced Soviet"

Second: The texture is by far the worst part of it 2/10, it looks very basic and ugly next to the regular TF2 scenery and weapons, I suggest using the official TF2 color pallet below for coloring purposes, and try out the TF2 Painter's Toolkit (PS Brushpack) http://tf2.gamebanana.com/tools/5353
