Made a little update to 1.4, just for myself.
Because of my limited modding skills and knowledge of game mechanics there are still some issues:
1) Now each shot deals some piercing damage and causes small bleeding.
2) I don't know how severe should be "Tazed" health condition from each hit of weapon, i set it to 15% for standard bodysize.
