"Added spare wheel system" - what does it do?

Is this already visible for e.g. the MTVR? How does it work and/or interact with ACE's spare wheel functionality?

It works with ACE's spare wheel mechanic yes, the HMMWVs and the M939s have spare tires now mounted(HMMWV ones must be enabled in the garage), that can be removed like normal wheels with ACE. I haven't done the MTVRs yet because I don't know where they usually mount a spare on them.
