Hi sorry I've only just seen this, apparently steam doesn't notify me anymore. Arma does have functions to record and playback movements. I never tried them out but thats a great idea; Dsylexi actually used to use those to playback the demo flying in his arma2 tutorial missions.

I honestly haven't messed with arma in a while, and the files are on a quarantined computer. If i ever get my ♥♥♥♥ together and get out another update, it'd be great to add some form of this...I think the easiest way would be to add new quick menu controls to allow the user to trigger the start of recording, and manual playback; doing a continual record and on-the-fly playback I think might be taxing on the scripting language.
