Hello,

The documentation has been updated.

I have added, in the example code, a warning dialog to inform the user that he doesn't have the required mod (Languages Module).

This change prevents your mod to load (because we don't want mods untranslated, right ? :)). If you don't want to prevent your mod loading, don't add it in your code.
