I can't seem to exit undercover mode at all. I start in UC mode, and there is a waypoint that says "exit undercover mode" but no way to do so. I go to a friendly base and can't figure out how to exit or switch between undercover and soldier mode.. any help? Pushing ALT+Y just says I am already in civ mode, please visit a friendly base near the flag... I do this but can't figure out how to change.
